Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Kesehatan Sekolah melalui Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di Sekolah Dasar di Indonesia: Pendekatan Model CIPP
Abstract
Program kesehatan sekolah sangat penting untuk mempromosikan kebiasaan hidup sehat seumur hidup di kalangan anak-anak, terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Jenjang sekolah dasar merupakan periode yang ideal untuk menanamkan perilaku hidup bersih, pada fase ini anak-anak berada dalam tahap pertumbuhan fisik, mental, dan sosial yang cepat sehingga masa ini sangat tepat untuk membentuk kepedulian terhadap kesehatan diri dan kebersihan lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program kesehatan sekolah yang berfokus pada Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di sekolah dasar di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini desain deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua. Model evaluasi CIPP (Konteks, Input, Proses, Produk) memandu analisis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan peningkatan perilaku kebersihan siswa, penurunan ketidakhadiran karena sakit, dan peningkatan kebersihan sekolah. kesimpulan program kesehatan berbasis PHBS telah menunjukkan dampak positif tetapi memerlukan pemantauan berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan yang lebih kuat.
